President
Alan Bronshteyn oversees internal operations, sourcing, brand-building, financing, and deal execution. He got his start in residential and commercial finance becoming VP of Sales for a national mortgage lender, funding over $1 billion in annual portfolios. He continued into the Venture Capital Sector as the President of Fuchs Global, overseeing the development of early-seed investments into successful exits. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNLV.

Nick boasts over 20 years of experience in the medical technology sector, playing a pivotal role in delivering innovative health products to the consumer marketplace. He is responsible for the development and growth of two commercial cannabinoid companies and oversaw their successful transition into publicly-traded entities. Nick's background in medicine and technology make him an essential function in ensuring that product safety, purity, and efficiency are consistent throughout the brand offerings.
